Panacotta with Strawberry Sauce

Soak the gelatine in water for 20 minutes.
In a pan add the cream, warm milk and sugar to dissolve.
Bring to a boil and add the vanilla.
Boil, remove and add the gelatin.
Pour into your favorite molds and place in the fridge until firm.
For the syrup, add the strawberry and sugar and heat over medium heat until it thickens. If desired, add a few drops of lemon.
