Panacotta with Strawberry Sauce

  • Fresh Sour Cream | 250 ml
  • Warm Milk | 50 ml
  • Unflavored gelatin | 14 g
  • Confectioner's Sugar | 60 g
  • 1 Vanilla Bean or Essence |  to taste
  • Strawberry | 250 g
  • Sugar | 100 g
  • Water | 100 ml
  • Lemon juice |  to taste


  1. Soak the gelatine in water for 20 minutes.
  2. In a pan add the cream, warm milk and sugar to dissolve.
  3. Bring to a boil and add the vanilla.
  4. Boil, remove and add the gelatin.
  5. Pour into your favorite molds and place in the fridge until firm.
  6. For the syrup, add the strawberry and sugar and heat over medium heat until it thickens. If desired, add a few drops of lemon.
