  • Milk500 ml
  • Sour cream300 g
  • Sugar1/2 cup
  • Unflavored gelatin8 g
  • Corn starch03 tablespoon
  • Vanilla essence01 tablespoon
  1. Put the milk, sugar and cream in a pan and bring to a boil.
  2. Add the starch dissolved in the milk and the hydrated gelatin. Stir until it thickens.
  3. Add the vanilla essence. Pass through a sieve and reserve.
  4. Place in a container of your choice and refrigerate for 2 hours.

  6. 1/2 cup of strawberry 1/2 cup of blackberries 1/2 cup seedless black grapes 1 cup of sugar 1/2 squeezed lemon
  7. Place the fruit and sugar in the pan and cook for approximately 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  8. Once cooked, add the squeezed lemon, mix and turn off the heat.
  9. Let it cool and place over the panacotta.
  10. Garnish with berries and serve chilled.
