- Milk500 ml
- Sour cream300 g
- Sugar1/2 cup
- Unflavored gelatin8 g
- Corn starch03 tablespoon
- Vanilla essence01 tablespoon
- Put the milk, sugar and cream in a pan and bring to a boil.
- Add the starch dissolved in the milk and the hydrated gelatin. Stir until it thickens.
- Add the vanilla essence. Pass through a sieve and reserve.
- Place in a container of your choice and refrigerate for 2 hours.

- 1/2 cup of strawberry 1/2 cup of blackberries 1/2 cup seedless black grapes 1 cup of sugar 1/2 squeezed lemon
- Place the fruit and sugar in the pan and cook for approximately 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Once cooked, add the squeezed lemon, mix and turn off the heat.
- Let it cool and place over the panacotta.
- Garnish with berries and serve chilled.
