- Sugar1 cup
- Oil1 cup
- Chemical Baking Powder1 tablespoon
- Egg1 unit(s)
- Pinch salt1 to taste
- Butter for greasing1 to taste
- Squeeze 2 oranges and separate the seedless juice;
- Cut 1 orange into smaller pieces, removing the excess white part and the seeds (You can use the pomace of the oranges that made the juice)
- Beat the eggs with a pinch of salt in the blender, add the juice, oil, sugar and orange in pieces, beat well and set aside;
- In a bowl, mix the flour and yeast, add the reserved liquid, mix well and place in a greased shape with butter and sugar;
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 30 minutes or until golden.
