- creamy dulce de leche1 tablespoon

- milk1 cup
- coffee60 g
- Corn Starch1 tablespoon
- sugar1 tablespoon
- whipped cream spray to taste
- Prepare the Coffee according to the package instructions (4 tablespoons for 1 liter of boiling water). Reserve.
- Decorate the rim of a cup with the dulce de leche and then sprinkle with half of one of the paçocas. Reserve.
- In a pan, place the milk, the already prepared coffee, the cornstarch, the sugar and the remaining half paçoca, and mix well.
- Take to the low fire, always stirring, for 3 minutes, or until it boils.
- Cook for another 1 minute, remove from heat and serve in the reserved cup.
- Finish with whipped cream and decorate with the other paçoca.
