  • Condensed milk395 ml
  • Cornstarch3 tablespoon
  • Milk500 ml
  • Paçoquinhas (cork)9 unit(s)
  • Heavy cream200 ml
  • Cornstarch biscuit to taste
  • Milk to taste
  • Paçoquinhas (cork) to decorate to taste
  1. Off the heat, add the condensed milk to a pan.
  2. Add cornstarch and dissolve.
  3. Add the 9 crumbled paçocas.
  4. Add the milk and mix everything.
  5. Place over medium/low heat and stir until it thickens.
  6. When it thickens, lower the heat completely and stir for another 2 minutes to cook the starch well.
  7. Turn off the fire.
  8. Add the Heavy cream and mix well.
  9. In a deep pan, add some of the cream and spread it until it covers the bottom.
  10. Soak the cornstarch biscuits in the milk and create a layer.
  11. Intersperse a layer of cream and a layer of biscuit, until the cream runs out. (The last layer has to be cream).
  12. Place in the refrigerator until set and cool.
  13. Remove from the fridge, break some more paçocas on top to decorate, and serve.
