Dissolve the powdered milk in the milk and put it in a pan. Also add condensed milk and cream and bring to medium heat.
Keep stirring constantly, until the mixture becomes creamy, at the point of soft brigadeiro. At this point, turn off the heat, add the crumbled paçoca and salt and mix. Allow to cool completely before proceeding to the next step.
