  • Vanilla essence1 teaspoon
  • Wheat2 cup
  • Milk1 cup
  • Yeast1 tablespoon
  • Paçoca5 unit(s)
  • Dulce de leche300 g
  • Sour cream300 g
  1. Whisk the eggs and sugar in a stand mixer until pale. Then add the melted butter and vanilla essence. Add the crushed paçoca and the milk. Remove from the mixer and gradually add the sifted wheat. Finish by adding the yeast. Take the dough to a greased and floured shape and take it to the preheated oven at 180°C for 40 minutes.
