- Dough: Wheat flour2 cup
- Paçoquinha (in bulk)1 cup
- Egg3 unit(s)
- Baking Powder2 tablespoon
- Whole milk1 cup
- Oil1/2 cup
- Sugar11/2 cup
- Topping: sour cream400 g
- Dulce de leche250 g
- Paçoquinha (reserve a little to sprinkle)5 tablespoon
- Beat the eggs, milk, oil and sugar in a blender
- In a bowl place the wheat flour, the paçoquinha and the yeast
- Add the beaten mixture from the blender and mix gently with the aid of a fouet.
- Transfer the dough to a greased mold and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for approximately 40 minutes.
- Put all the ingredients in a pan and bring to medium heat (stirring constantly)
- Until it reaches the point of creamy brigadeiro
- Add over the cake and sprinkle paçoquinha to decorate
- Ready!
