- Recipe
- Oat flakes2 tablespoon
- Milk1 cup
- Chia2 tablespoon
- Vanilla1 coffee spoon
- Sweetener to taste
- Strawberry8 unit(s)
- Mix the oatmeal, milk, chia, vanilla and sweetener
- Place the mixture in the fridge covered with cling film.
- Leave overnight
- The next day, chop the strawberries
- Assemble in a bowl alternating layers of the oatmeal base and the strawberries
- Finish to taste!
- I used granola and yogurt 😋
