- French Toast Bread or 5 French Breads1 unit(s)
- 500 milliliters of milk500 ml
- Condensed milk1 can(s)
- Beaten eggs2 unit(s)
- Cinnamon Sugar to taste
- With a serrated knife, remove the crust from 1 French toast loaf (or 5 French loaves) leaving rind only on the underside of each loaf.
- Then cut each loaf into slices about 1 cm thick. Reserve.
- In a bowl, place 500 milliliters of milk, 1 can of condensed milk and 2 beaten eggs and mix well.
- Dip the slices of bread in this mixture, wetting well but keep the slices firm.
- Arrange the wet slices of bread on a baking sheet greased with plenty of butter and lightly sprinkled with sugar and cinnamon, mixing to taste.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 30 minutes.
- Flip the french toast and return to the oven for 10 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and pass the french toast in the cinnamon sugar mixed to taste. Serve immediately.
