- Hot milk1 l
- Shredded or flaked coconut200 g
- Coconut milk1 can(s)
- Condensed milk395 g
- Mix the sugar and tapioca, gradually adding the hot lens.
- When it gets creamy, let it rest for 10 minutes. The tapioca will grow a little
- After the rest, add the grated coconut and coconut milk, mixing well.
- Unite a form with condensed milk and put the dough.
- Place in the fridge for 2 hours, remove and unmold.
