- Recipe
- Sugar1 cup
- Water1 cup
- Sicilian lemon2 unit(s)
- Black or matt tea to taste
- ▪️For the syrup ✔️ In a pan put the sugar and water.
- Cook over low heat until the sugar dissolves and becomes translucent.
- Add the juice of the lemons.
- Let it boil for 2min.
- Place in a jar and set aside.
- 🍋 For each glass of black or mate tea, put 3 to 4 tablespoons of the syrup and lots of ice.
