- White chocolate300 g
- Oreo cookie1/2 cup
- In a bowl add the chopped white chocolate and melt it in the microwave.
- After that, temper the chocolate (stir until it reaches 29 degrees) you can also use the inverted bain-marie (basin with water and ice) to reach temperature faster
- Add the chocolate in the form for an Easter egg and wait for it to freeze
- After chilling what's left of the chocolate, chop the oreo cookies in the middle and pour over the finished shell and shape with the spoon, wait for it to freeze and it's ready
