- White chocolate chips or grated300 g
- Oreos (or Negrescos) + for topping18 unit(s)
- Line a 20×20 pan with parchment paper. Place the chocolate in a bain-marie over low heat and stir constantly, until the chocolate is completely melted. Transfer the chocolate to a heatproof bowl and cool for 5 minutes. Add the chopped Oreos and mix well. Pour the mixture into the bowl and use a spatula to smooth the top. Chop the remaining Oreos and sprinkle on top. Place in the fridge for about 10 minutes until the chocolate hardens. Unmold and serve in square cuts.
