- Wheat flour2 cup
- Oil120 ml
- Orange3 unit(s)
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- Icing sugar1 tablespoon
- In the blender: The eggs The sugar The oil Juice of 2 oranges 1 orange, peeled and seeded (cut into 4 parts to make it easier to remove the seeds) Beat for 3 minutes
- Pour the mixture into a bowl and add the sifted flour
- Mix with a fuet
- Add the baking powder, and mix gently.
- Pour in greased and floured form I used one of 25 cm in diameter by 5 cm in height.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 45 minutes and do the toothpick test.
- Sprinkle icing sugar
