  • Wheat flour120 g
  • Chemical Yeast9 g
  1. Sanitize and separate ingredients and utensils.
  2. Cut the orange four, remove the seeds and the white art from the center (leave the peel and pomace)
  3. Blend the oranges, oil, eggs and sugar in a blender.
  4. Pour this beaten mixture into the bolw, add the wheat flour stirring well and finally the yeast stirring slowly.
  5. Bake in a greased tin at 180 degrees for 40 min or until you see that the cake is ready. Doing the toothpick test.
  6. If you prefer, pour the orange juice over the hot cake, sweetened with two tablespoons of sugar.
