- Wheat flour120 g
- Chemical Yeast9 g
- Sanitize and separate ingredients and utensils.
- Cut the orange four, remove the seeds and the white art from the center (leave the peel and pomace)
- Blend the oranges, oil, eggs and sugar in a blender.
- Pour this beaten mixture into the bolw, add the wheat flour stirring well and finally the yeast stirring slowly.
- Bake in a greased tin at 180 degrees for 40 min or until you see that the cake is ready. Doing the toothpick test.
- If you prefer, pour the orange juice over the hot cake, sweetened with two tablespoons of sugar.
