- Orange juice2 can(s)
- Sugar1 cup
- Water4 tablespoon
- plum to taste
- Dissolve the sugar in the water and cook over low heat for 12 minutes, until a caramel forms. Spread on the sides and bottom in a shape with a hole.
- Beat the condensed milk, orange juice and eggs in a blender.
- Pour in shape and take to medium oven preheated in bain-marie, for 50 minutes or until firm.
- Remove from the heat and let it cool, then take it to the fridge for a couple of hours, unmold and, if you want, decorate with pitted plums.
