- Melt the chocolate and butter together
- Mix the eggs, the orange zest and the sugar, add the flour, the Bahia orange juice and the melted chocolate butter.
- Mix everything well and put it in greased and floured petit gateau molds and put it in the preheated oven at 200 degrees for 8 minutes and it's ready
