  • Painless powdered gelatin12 g
  • Orange juice400 ml
  • Eggs (sieved5 unit(s)
  • Corn starch20 g
  • Sugar270 g
  • Sour cream1 unit(s)
  1. Place water in a small bowl, sprinkle with gelatin and set aside. In a pan, place the orange juice, the sieved eggs (do not scrape the sieve – throw it away), the starch and the sugar.
  2. Mix, bring to a simmer and cook, stirring constantly, until thickened. Add the softened gelatin to the water and cook, stirring constantly, until melted.
  3. Remove from heat and add the cream. Let it cool and store in the fridge until the filling starts to set.
