- Sugar270 g
- Wheat Flour3 cup
- Baking Powder1 tablespoon
- Egg4 unit(s)
- Beat the butter, sugar and orange zest until creamy
- Add the eggs one by one
- Add the flour alternating with the juice
- Put the dough in a greased form
- Bake in oven at 180°C for 40min
- Unmold and pour some of the juice on top
- Serve :)
