Sugar (1 and 1/2)1 cup
Orange, without peels, without seeds, without white core (cut into cubes)1 unit(s)
Wheat flour (1 and 1/2)1 cup
Chemical Yeast1 tablespoon
Sugar3 tablespoon
Corn starch1/2 tablespoon
Orange (juice)2 unit(s)

PASTA: In a blender, beat the eggs, sugar (1 and 1/2 cup), oil and orange, for about 2 minutes;
Transfer the mixture from the blender to a bowl and add the flour and baking powder and mix the dough well with a fuer until smooth;
Transfer to a greased and floured shape (I used a ring shape) and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 35 to 40 minutes (do the toothpick test);
SYRUP: In a pan, place the orange juice, the 3 tablespoons of sugar and the corn starch, bring to a medium heat, always stirring until it thickens (it's very fast);
After the cake is baked, unmold it while still warm, make holes and place the syrup on top while still hot;
Ready, now just taste 😋.
