Orange Cake with Pineapple Compote

Para o bolo:
Coloque os ovos, o açúcar e o óleo no liquidificador ou na batedeira e bata bem
Acrescente o suco das laranjas, a farinha de trigo e bata novamente
Coloque o fermento, mexa e despeje na forma untada e enfarinhada
Leve para assar em forno pré-aquecido a 180°c por 30 minutos.
Faça o teste do palito

For the cake:
Place the eggs, sugar and oil in a blender or mixer and beat well.
Add the orange juice, the wheat flour and beat again.
Put the yeast, stir and pour into the greased and floured form.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 30 minutes.
Do the toothpick test

PARA A COMPOTA DE ABACAXi
Coloque o abacaxi e o açúcar em uma panela, em fogo médio e deixe cozinhar até a abacaxi ficar um pouco transparente
Acrescente o amido dissolvido e mexa bem para ficar consistente
Espere esfriar e coloque no bolo

FOR PINEAPPLE JAM
Place the pineapple and sugar in a pan over medium heat and let it cook until the pineapple is a little transparent.
Add the dissolved starch and mix well to get consistent.
Wait for it to cool and put it on the cake.
