  • Eggs2 unit(s)
  • Oil1 cup
  • Sugar1/2 cup
  • Wheat flour without yeast2 cup
  • Chemical Yeast1 tablespoon
  • Orange zest to taste
  1. Unite a cake form with oil and flour. Pre-heat the oven at 180 °.
  2. In a bowl, place the eggs and sugar and beat with a fouet or spatula for 5 minutes.
  3. Add orange juice, oil, orange zest and mix.
  4. Gradually add the flour and incorporate slowly until the dough is smooth.
  5. Add the chemical yeast and mix gently.
  6. Bake at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes or so, depending on your oven. Do the toothpick test.
