  • Orange pear4 unit(s)
  • Sugar1.5 cup
  • Eggs3 unit(s)
  • Butter2 tablespoon
  • Wheat Flour2 cup
  • Orange zest to taste
  • Baking Powder1 tablespoon
  1. In a bowl, add the eggs, butter and sugar and beat well.
  2. Add the wheat flour and the juice of 4 oranges.
  3. Add the yeast to the orange zest (optional) and mix lightly.
  4. Pour the dough into a greased and floured form. Take to preheated oven, at 200° for 40 minutes, or until it blushes.
  5. Tip: you can prepare a syrup by bringing half a cup of orange juice and half a cup of sugar to a boil. Let it thicken a little and throw it on the still hot cake. You can sprinkle grated coconut on top too. Stay DIVINE!!!!!
