- In a blender, beat the eggs, oil, 2 cups of sugar and the juice of 2 oranges.
- Transfer to another container and gradually add the sifted wheat flour mix everything until smooth.
- Add the yeast and mix gently.
- Transfer the dough to a medium-sized greased shape with a central hole.
- Bake in preheated oven for about 35 minutes.
- In a pan put the juice of the other 2 oranges (about half a cup), add 1 cup of sugar. Bring to a boil and wait for it to boil.
- Unmold the cake and add the syrup on top while it is still hot.
