Mix the yolks with the sugar, either manually or using an electric mixer. Add the starch and beat again
After, add the milk, mix and put it in a container, taking it to the fire, stir until it thickens.
Place in a container and wait to cool to add the frosting (the chocolate melted in a bain-marie or in the microwave for 1min, on average)
When cool, take it to the fridge for 1h30min and you can serve!
