Nutella Stuffed Cookie

Place the Nutella (hazelnut cream) in the fridge for 30 minutes.
In a stand mixer, beat the butter with the sugar until smooth.
Add the eggs, vanilla essence and beat well to combine.
Place the flour, bicarbonate of soda into the butter mixture and stir slowly with a spatula.
Add the chocolate chips and stir gently.
Remove small portions of dough, open and place a spoon of Nutella (hazelnut cream).
Close carefully and form a ball. Place in a large pan lined with parchment paper, keeping space between the balls.
Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes or until golden and lightly browned.
