  • Dulce de leche (ready to buy)400 g
  • Sour cream1 can(s)
  • Sugar2 tablespoon
  • Unflavored Gelatin Powder Envelope1 unit(s)
  • Water3 tablespoon
  • Chopped walnuts200 g
  • Egg whites5 unit(s)
  • Whipped cream (bought ready) and walnuts to decorate to taste
  1. In the blender, beat the dulce de leche, the cream, the sugar and the gelatin sprinkled in the water and dissolved in a bain-marie until smooth.
  2. Place in a bowl, gently mix the walnuts and snow whites. Place in individual cups and refrigerate for 4 hours. Decorate with whipped cream and walnuts. Serve.
