  1. Grind a little more than half of the walnuts (about 20 units), in not so large pieces, but also not until crumbly. Ideally, a few small pieces will remain. Make a common brigadeiro with condensed milk, cream, butter and nuts. Wait for it to cool.
  2. Make balls or shape you want, modeling the candies.
  3. For the fondant, place the icing sugar in a small saucepan and gradually add the liquid milk. Maybe use less than the order in the recipe. Gradually add until you get a smooth and creamy consistency. (It cannot be liquid, it has to be creamy). Now place this small pot, inside a larger pot, with hot water. (Bain marie) l.
  4. Grease a baking sheet or use parchment paper. Dip the sweets in fondant and place on the baking sheet. Ideally, place the walnuts on top to decorate, while the fondant is still soft. Then it hardens and you won't be able to put it on.
