Beat 8 eggs with 240g of sugar for at least 8 minutes. Add the sifted flour, mix gently, place on three 18cm baking sheets and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for at least 30 minutes. Let it rest.
Mix the condensed milk with the coconut milk and 4 sieved egg yolks, put it on the stove and mix until it thickens over medium/low heat (at least 8 minutes). Let cool.
Make the Swiss meringue (preparation is in my other recipes) with 4 egg whites and 200g of sugar.
Decorate the cake with the dough, half of the girl's baba and chopped walnuts to taste, add another layer of dough with the stuffing and the walnuts and finish with the last layer of dough. Finish with Swiss meringue decorated to your liking, finish with the torch passed all over the meringue and add the chopped walnuts on top.
