Eggs

Bata os ovos na batedeira até ficar um creme claro,acrescente a manteiga e o açúcar e bata bem.

Beat the eggs in the mixer until light cream, add the butter and sugar and beat well.

Acrescente o trigo,o leite e a baunilha e bata bem até ficar uma massa lisa.

Add the wheat, milk and vanilla and beat well until you get a smooth dough.

Adicione o fermento,e mexa com uma espátula. Pique as nozes e o damasco e.misture a massa.

Add the yeast, and stir with a spatula. Chop the walnuts and apricots and mix the dough.

Leve ao forno por 45 minutos,numa forma média.

Bake in the oven for 45 minutes on a medium sized baking sheet.
