- condensed milk1 can(s)
- Sour cream2 can(s)
- Milk1/2 cup
- Colorless Gelatin1 unit(s)
- Powdered milk6 tablespoon
- Nutella2 tablespoon
- Semisweet Chocolate50 g
- Sour cream1/2 can(s)
- Start by heating the milk, let it boil.
- In the blender add the condensed milk, milk cream, powdered milk and boiling milk.
- Beat for like 3 minutes.
- Prepare the gelatin according to the manufacturer's instructions, pour it into the blender and beat for another 1 minute.
- Put it in a shape, cover and take the fridge for 5 hours.
- When the time to unmold the pudding is approaching, make the topping, so that it has time to cool down.
- For the frosting: Just put the cream, Nutella and chocolate in a pan and stir over low heat.
- The point is when everything is melted and very homogeneous.
- Let it cool and throw it over the unformed pudding.
- Tip: If you are going to put the pudding in a glass dish or dish, rub it with oil first. It will help when unmolding. Run a knife along the sides to help loosen.
- If you want the sweetest frosting, use milk chocolate.
