Condensed milk1 can(s)
Sour cream2 can(s)
Milk powder1 cup
liquid milk11/2 cup
Corn starch2 tablespoon
Chocolate bars 90 grams each3 unit(s)
Cornstarch or Milk Biscuit1 unit(s)
Vanilla essence1 unit(s)

Mix condensed milk, 1 box of heavy cream, powdered milk, liquid milk and starch in a bowl off the heat.
Then, bring the mixture to a low heat and stir until it thickens and cooks, about two minutes after it starts to boil.
Melt the chocolate in the microwave every 30 seconds.
Add 1 cup of heavy cream to the melted chocolate and mix.
Store a block of chocolate in the freezer to decorate.
On a platter, place a layer of white cream and cookies passed in milk with drops of vanilla (if any).
Make another layer of cream, wafer, cream, wafer and so on until finished.
Finish with the chocolate ganache on top.
Decorate with chocolate shavings. Before serving, let it chill for 2 hours.
