Recipe
- Put the milk and the nest milk in a pot of cornstarch and mix until dissolved, then add the condensed milk and the yolk (pass it through the sieve so you don't get that little skin, avoid getting a strong smell). Take the mixture to low fire, always stirring until it thickens, transfer to a bowl and let it cool a little.
- Let's assemble the pavé now: In a refractory place a very thin layer of cream, soak the cookies in the milk (I didn't wet them, I like them when they get crunchy) very quickly and put cream, put another layer of cream and chopped strawberries, put another layer of cookies and finish with cream.
- After placing the pavé in the refractory, finish with chopped strawberries and sprinkling nest milk on top of the strawberries with the help of a sieve.
