Ingredients

  • Condensed milk | 1 can(s)
  • Sour cream | 1 can(s)
  • Milk | 500 ml
  • Gem | 1 unit(s)
  • Maizena | 2 tablespoon
  • Nest Milk | 6 tablespoon
  • Champagne wafer | 200 g
  • Strawberry |  to taste

Recipe

  1. In a pan put the milk, cornstarch, and nest milk and mix until dissolved. Then add the condensed milk, cream and the yolk (pass the yolk through a sieve to avoid the skin and avoid the strong smell)
  2. Take the mixture to the low fire always stirring until it thickens, transfer to a bowl and let it cool a little.
  3. Pavé assembly: In a refractory place a very thin layer of cream, soak the cookies in milk (I didn't wet them, I like them more crunchy). Very quickly and put it over the cream. Another layer of cream and chopped strawberries. Another cookie and finish with cream.
  4. Put chopped strawberries and sprinkle nest milk on top with the help of a sieve. Now take it to the fridge to get very cold and serve...
