Ingredients
- Condensed milk | 1 can(s)
- Sour cream | 1 can(s)
- Milk | 500 ml
- Gem | 1 unit(s)
- Maizena | 2 tablespoon
- Nest Milk | 6 tablespoon
- Champagne wafer | 200 g
- Strawberry | to taste
Recipe
- In a pan put the milk, cornstarch, and nest milk and mix until dissolved. Then add the condensed milk, cream and the yolk (pass the yolk through a sieve to avoid the skin and avoid the strong smell)
- Take the mixture to the low fire always stirring until it thickens, transfer to a bowl and let it cool a little.
- Pavé assembly: In a refractory place a very thin layer of cream, soak the cookies in milk (I didn't wet them, I like them more crunchy). Very quickly and put it over the cream. Another layer of cream and chopped strawberries. Another cookie and finish with cream.
- Put chopped strawberries and sprinkle nest milk on top with the help of a sieve. Now take it to the fridge to get very cold and serve...
