  • Champagne biscuit150 g
  • condensed milk395 g
  • Sour cream200 g
  • Milk Powder3 tablespoon
  • Whole milk400 ml
  • Corn Starch1 tablespoon
  • Semisweet Chocolate80 g
  • Chocolate sprinkles80 g
  1. Mix condensed milk, nest milk, milk and starch in a pan and cook over low heat until it starts to thicken. Set aside to cool completely.
  2. Melt the chocolate in the microwave and stir in the cream. Reserve.
  3. Assemble the pavé, placing a layer of the nest milk cream on the platter, then a layer of the champagne wafer moistened in the milk.
  4. Repeat the layers until you run out of ingredients and finish with the chocolate ganache, sprinkle the sprinkles on top.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
