- Champagne biscuit150 g
- condensed milk395 g
- Sour cream200 g
- Milk Powder3 tablespoon
- Whole milk400 ml
- Corn Starch1 tablespoon
- Semisweet Chocolate80 g
- Chocolate sprinkles80 g
- Mix condensed milk, nest milk, milk and starch in a pan and cook over low heat until it starts to thicken. Set aside to cool completely.
- Melt the chocolate in the microwave and stir in the cream. Reserve.
- Assemble the pavé, placing a layer of the nest milk cream on the platter, then a layer of the champagne wafer moistened in the milk.
- Repeat the layers until you run out of ingredients and finish with the chocolate ganache, sprinkle the sprinkles on top.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
