Nest milk pastel with nutella.

In a container put the condensed milk, sugar and powdered milk.
Mix with your hand until you get a homogeneous mass and no longer stick to your hand.
If necessary, add a little more milk.
Roll out the dough with a rolling pin and cut into circles.
Note: Don't leave it too thin, so it doesn't break when stuffing.
Fill with Nutella to taste and close the pastries.
