  • Condensed milk | 1 can(s)
  • Icing sugar | 1 cup
  • Milk Powder | 300 g


  1. Mix the condensed milk and the icing sugar until all the pebbles are dissolved.
  2. Add the powdered milk little by little, squeezing the dough with your hands.
  3. Sprinkle powdered milk on the dough until it completely detaches from your fingers.
  4. Line a surface with parchment paper and place the dough
  5. Roll out the dough with a wooden rolling pin
  6. Use a pastry cutter, glass, or circle cutter to shape the pastries.
  7. After cutting, fill the dough in a circle to taste (brigadeiro, Nutella, dulce de leche)
  8. Close the pastries with a little water on the edge.
