- Milk1 cup
- Wheat flour3 cup
- Vanilla essence1 teaspoon
- Yeast1 tablespoon
- Cold butter2 cup
- Icing sugar6 tablespoon
- Condensed milk1 can(s)
- Sour cream1 can(s)
- Nest Milk2 cup
- In a mixer, beat the egg whites and set aside.
- Then beat the butter, sugar and egg yolks for 2 minutes.
- Then add the milk, vanilla essence and beat again.
- Gradually add the flour and finally the baking powder.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes.
- While the cake bakes, we go to the frosting, take the mixer, put the cold butter and sugar and beat until it turns into a crumb.
- Add condensed milk and powdered milk.
- Finally add the cream and mix again.
- After the cake is unmoulded and cooled, add the frosting and sprinkle powdered milk on top.
