Ingredients
- Condensed milk | 395 g
- Powdered nest milk | 5 tablespoon
- Sour cream | 100 g
- Margarine | 1 tablespoon
Recipe
- Put the ingredients in a pan and mix well.
- Bring to a boil over low heat and stir until it reaches a brigadeiro point (about 15/20 minutes).
- Transfer to a container and cover with plastic wrap.
- Place in the fridge for 5/6 hours.
- Roll up and pass in powdered milk. Remove excess and decorate as desired.
