Nest ice cream cake with strawberry

Bata os ovos, a manteiga e o açúcar. Logo em seguida, acrescente o leite e a farinha de trigo (aos poucos), depois de batido acrescente o fermento.

Beat the eggs, butter and sugar. Soon after, add the milk and wheat flour (little by little), after beaten add the yeast.

Coloque a massa no tabuleiro untado e leve ao forno pré aquecido em 180°. Deixe assando de 35 - 45 min.

Place the dough on the greased tray and take it to the oven preheated to 180°. Let it bake for 35 - 45 min.

Faça um brigadeiro de ninho, adicione na panela o leite condensado, a manteiga e o leite em pó. Misture sem parar no fogo médio e até desgrudar da panela

Make a nest brigadeiro, add the condensed milk, butter and powdered milk to the pan. Mix non-stop over medium heat until it comes off the pan.

Com o bolo assado, coloque a metade em uma travessa esfarelado, molhe com um pouquinho de leite e 1 colher de sopa de leite condensado, adicione o brigadeiro e os morangos. Depois vem com a outra metade do bolo e molhe com leite também

With the cake baked, place the half on a crumbled platter, soak it with a little milk and 1 tablespoon of condensed milk, add the brigadeiro and the strawberries. Then come with the other half of the cake and soak it with milk too

Bata o chantilly gelado, confeite do seu jeito e decore com os morangos 

Whip the cold whipped cream, decorate it your way and decorate with the strawberries.
