- Condensed milk1 can(s)
- Sour cream3 unit(s)
- Colorless gelatin1 unit(s)
- Milk chocolate bar1 unit(s)
- Dark chocolate bar1 unit(s)
- In a blender, place the condensed milk, 2 boxes of milk cream and the nest milk, hit for 3 minutes. Dissolve the gelatin as instructed on the package description. Put together in the blender and beat for another 3 minutes. Put this mixture in a refractory and take it to the fridge until it hardens.
- Melt a bar of milk chocolate and half a bar of dark chocolate. In a bain-marie or microwave. Then add 1 box of sour cream. Mix well and pour over the ice cream.
- The other half of the dark chocolate bar, grate and place on top to decorate.
