- Nescau | 2 cup
- Wheat flour | 1 cup
- Sugar | 1 cup
- Eggs | 4 unit(s)
- Melted margarine | 200 g
- Method of repair: In a bowl, add the eggs with the sugar and beat with the help of a wire whisk (fouet) or fork;
TIP: can be beaten in the mixer too.
Then add the butter and the Nescau
Mix everything very well and then add the wheat flour;
Stir until the mass is very homogeneous;
OBS: the dough is heavier than the common cake dough.
Pour this mass in a greased and floured shape with Nescau;
On the website it asks to leave it for about 30min, but as my oven is small, 20min it has already burned the bottom, so keep an eye on it.
