Ingredients

  • Egg | 4 unit(s)
  • Sugar | 2 cup
  • Nescau | 1 cup
  • Margarine pomade or butter | 200 g
  • Unleavened Wheat | 200 g
  • Melted chocolate | 150 g

Recipe

  1. In a mixer, beat the eggs with the sugar until a white cream.
  2. Add the butter or butter and beat for about 3 min.
  3. Melt the chocolate bar in the microwave every 30 seconds, when it is melted, add the mixer mixture. (Eggs, sugar and margarine)
  4. Mix all the ingredients well, add the Nescau, stir well
  5. Finally add the unleavened wheat, stir well until the wheat is incorporated into the dough.
  6. Grease a 20 cm shape with butter and parchment paper at the bottom. Or add the release agent to the form.
  7. Place in oven preheated to 180 degrees C. Bake the brownie until you insert a toothpick and almost come out clean. About 30 min.
