Beat the eggs the yogurt the vanilla essence the oil and the sugar in the blender
Then sift the wheat flour into a bowl and add the blended mixture to the blender.
Mix well until the dough is homogeneous and add the yeast and mix gently.
Bake in a greased and floured shape for approximately 40 minutes in a preheated oven at 180°.
