Natural Strawberry Yogurt 🍓

  • Liter of type A or B milk1 unit(s)
  • Chopped fresh strawberry1 cup
  • Pot of natural yogurt1 unit(s)
  • Sugar or xylitol sweetener4 tablespoon
  1. Put the milk in a deep pan or milk pan and leave it on low heat.
  2. Wait for it to boil and turn off the heat.
  3. Wait for it to cool (when you put your finger to test the temperature, it should be comfortable)
  4. Add natural yogurt and mix well.
  5. Place this mixture in a glass jar and close with cling film.
  6. Put it in a thermal bag and let it ferment for about 8 hours.
  7. Mix half of the chopped strawberries with the sugar and mix well.
  8. Place the mashed strawberries with the sugar inside the yogurt
  9. Put everything in a clean cloth inside a sieve resting on a platter (the liquid will fall into the platter)
  10. Take it to the fridge for a couple of hours (it will separate the liquid from the yogurt)
  11. After this period, discard the liquid and reserve the yogurt in a bowl.
  12. Add the remaining half of the chopped strawberries and mix well.
  13. Ready 😋 serve next
  14. Tip: Store in the fridge for up to 5 days in a glass jar with a lid
