Ingredients

  • Corn for mungunzá | 500 g
  • Condensed milk | 1 can(s)
  • Sour cream | 1 can(s)
  • Coconut milk | 1/2 can(s)
  • Powdered milk | 1 cup
  • Cloves | 10 unit(s)
  • Cinnamon stick | 1 unit(s)
  • Cinnamon powder |  to taste
  • Paçoca | 4 unit(s)
  • Water | 1 l
  • grated coconut |  to taste

Recipe

  1. Let the corn soak for 12 hours.
  2. Put the corn in the pressure cooker with the cloves and cinnamon, add the water until all the corn is covered.
  3. Let it cook for 40 minutes
  4. After cooking, add and cream, condensed milk, grated coconut, coconut milk and powdered milk.
  5. Stir occasionally for about 10 min.
  6. Love the paçocas and add, stir a little and turn off the fire.
  7. Serve with ground cinnamon on top.
