- Chocolate powder1/2 cup
- Sugar1/2 cup
- Eggs2 unit(s)
- Butter4 tablespoon
- Milk150 ml
- Wheat flour1 cup
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- Chocolate chips to taste
- In a bowl, place the chocolate and flour and set aside. Beat the yolks, sugar and butter for 3 minutes in a stand mixer.
- In the mixer, place the flour with the chocolate and the milk alternating them (put a little of the flour then a little of the milk)
- Stop beating and add the baking powder and chocolate chips, mix gently
- Beat the egg whites and when they are firm, add the dough, gently mixing by hand.
- Grease your own molds. Put the dough in the molds and take it to the preheated oven, 180º degrees, for about 25 minutes.
