- Crystal sugar1 tablespoon
- Brown sugar1 tablespoon
- Vanilla essence1/2 teaspoon
- Gem1 unit(s)
- Chemical Baking Powder1/4 teaspoon
- Salt1 coffee spoon
- Chocolate chips50 g
- Wheat flour1/4 cup
- In a large mug, add the butter, sugars, vanilla and egg yolk;
- Mix until you form a very homogeneous cream;
- Then add the yeast, salt, chopped chocolate and flour;
- Mix until it forms a dough and take it to the microwave for about 1 minute and 30 seconds on high power;
- To check if it's ready, just put a toothpick in the middle of the mug cookie to see if it's cooked, if not, return to the microwave for another 30 seconds.
